We are a husband and wife team who believe in equipping saints to navigate the challenges of everyday life, based on simple and practical biblical principles. We also believe in equipping saints in using their everyday life to take their faith beyond the walls of their church and into the world, from witnessing for Christ, engaging in spiritual warfare, or dealing with adversities.

Dr. Ricky Sherrer is a retired pastor, retired aerospace engineer, and biblical scholar who has a gift for explaining complex scripture in a way that is easy to understand, while remaining true to Christian doctrine.
Dr. Sherrer possesses a high level of emotional intelligence, which enables him to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and lead them to a deeper understanding of their faith. His keen ability to code switch and adapt his communication style to his audience is rooted in his extensive world travel experiences and understanding of different cultures.
Drawing from his vast array of experiences and knowledge, Dr. Sherrer is a master at crafting powerful illustrations and analogies that make complex scriptural concepts accessible to all. Lisa Kelly Sherrer, MD is a practicing ophthalmologist and medical school professor. She has authored numerous medical publications and possesses expertise in health equity intelligence, and social determinants of health. Lisa attributes much of her success and motivation to her high emotional intelligence, which allows her to effectively navigate complex personal and professional relationships. She believes that her strong Christian values have been instrumental in developing and supporting this emotional intelligence, providing a foundation for empathy, compassion, and understanding in her interactions with others.
As a thought leader, Dr. Sherrer has developed innovative strategies for integrating Christian principles and professional behavior within academic settings.
